RGP的使用与护理

Inserting RGP Lenses
Wash your hands properly and do not allow them to dry.
Take the lens out of the case and make sure it is clean.
Place the lens on the tip of the index finger of your right hand (left hand if youre left-handed) with the cup side of the lens up.
Apply a few drops of wetting solution on the lens.
Using the middle finger of your right hand, gently pull down your lower eyelid.
Lift the upper lid with your left hand.
Look straight and place the lens gently on your eye.
Release your eyelids and shut the eye.

Removing RGP Lenses
Wash your hands properly before removing the lens.
Stretch the outer corner of your lower lid with your finger.
Cup the other hand under your eye to catch the lens as it falls out when you blink.

clean RGP lenses
There are three basic steps involved in the cleaning of RGP lenses: cleaning, rinsing and disinfecting.
Cleaning - Put a drop of cleaning solution on the concave surface of the lens and gently rub to remove deposits from the back of the lens.
Rinsing - Rinse the lens with a rinsing solution before putting it back in the container
Disinfecting - After manually cleaning and rinsing, soak the lens in a disinfecting solution for several hours to remove the protein deposits.
